Our story

One family,
one vineyard.

Xiromeritis Winery began as a family affair, built on love for the vine and respect for the land of Thessaly. Knowledge passed from one generation to the next, in the same village, on the same fields.

Today the second generation carries on with the same care: attentive cultivation, careful winemaking and wines with a clear, recognisable character.
